Prices and GST

Room rates quoted in Australian Dollars per each day of stay and may include any additional charges (including the airport shuttle service). Please be advised that a 2% Visa, Master credit card transaction fee will apply when paying with a credit card. You may choose to change the method of payment to cash or EFTPOS at check-out to avoid these fees.

Arrival/Departure

Check-in time for each room is between 2pm-10pm(Mon-Sun). Check-out time for each room is 10:00am on the date shown for your departure (Late check-out after 10:00am may incur in an additional room charge). Key must be returned at the time of your departure and any loss of keys will incur additional charge.

Cancellation/Prepayment Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Common Area

Any dish or food with strong scent which could make other guests uncomfortable such as seafood or strong herbs/spices cannot be used or prepared in the common Area.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hotel (Allowed smoking area is exempt) and fines and possible eviction will apply. Alternatively, there are designated smoking areas for your convenience. Hotel has the right to fine($300) the guest, even after departure, if there are cigarette scent in the room during or right after the stay

Visitors and Additional Guest Policy

All visitors must vacate the building by 8pm and any additional guests using the room after the time of registration must be reported. The number of invitational guest per room is limited to 2(Twin/Double) (Please be advised that additional charges may apply).

Loss of Goods/Valuables

We do not take responsibility for any valuable or goods that belong to you that have been brought into the room.

Damages and repair

Any costs involved to fix damages or recovery of hotel belongings(including fire alarm related) will be balanced and charged on the customer which the room is booked under, even after the guest's departure. Any invoice involved will be forwarded to the guest.

No Party Policy

We have a strict No-Party policy at Shilla Lodge Hotel and partying and excessive noise will not be tolerated and may lead to a possible eviction under the 'Eviction of Guest's policy.

Eviction of Guest/s Policy

Shilla Lodge Hotel may evict a guest or visitor without warning if they are behaving in an unacceptable manner to the staff or other residents, such as but not limited to, ignoring advice to reduce excessive noise and if the number of persons in the room exceeds the limit. There will be no refunds in such events.
